What we collect

When you send a message through the contact and research form, we receive the information you submit: your name and email address, plus any other details you choose to include, such as a phone number or the question itself. We keep a record of your consent alongside the message. If you sign in to the private members area, we store the email address and password for that account. Please do not send health or other sensitive information; we do not seek it and do not need it.

What we do not do

We do not run analytics or advertising. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with data brokers, and we do not build profiles of visitors. The only browser storage the site uses is a small preference that remembers your cookie-notice choice and display theme.

How we use it

Your name, email address, and message are used to read and reply to your question, and to keep a record that you consented to be contacted. Nothing else. We will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask to join.

How long we keep it

Messages and consent records are kept only as long as needed to answer your question and maintain a record of your consent. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices and California rights

If you are a California resident, you may request to know what personal information we have collected about you, request its deletion or correction, and direct us not to sell or share your personal information.
