Rights you confirm when you contribute

By contributing, you confirm that the material is yours to share, that you wrote it or hold the rights to it, and that no employer, client, or agreement prevents you from sharing it. You grant BuyRTC permission to publish, edit for length and clarity, excerpt, and archive the material, with the credit you approve or anonymously if you ask.

What you must not send

• Confidential material: non-public documents, client files, or anything under NDA.
• Defamatory, harassing, or unfounded accusations about a person or company.
• Text copied from another publication, or paraphrased without attribution.
• Patient, resident, or client information of any kind, or any other sensitive personal or medical data, de-identify case studies before sending them.
• Promotional material, listings, or content conditioned on a link or a payment.

We review before publishing

An editor reads every submission, checks claims against primary sources, and may come back with questions. We do not guarantee publication, and we may decline without giving a reason. If we publish, we will tell you first how the material was edited.

Keep sensitive information out of your message

Send only your name, your email address, and your message. Do not include health information, government identifiers, or financial account details. If sensitive material is essential to your point, describe it in general terms and we will discuss how to handle it.
